Michel Yahiel souligne ainsi l\u2019importance\u00a0\u00ab<\/span>\u00a0<em><span class=\"char-TC_txt_ital\">des capitaines, ceux qui sont au milieu du syst\u00e8me et le tirent vers le haut<\/span><\/em>\u00a0<span class=\"char-TC_txt\">\u00bb. Et en effet, ces cadres interm\u00e9diaires ont un r\u00f4le souvent peu reconnu dans de nombreuses administrations publiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"para-titre_sur\"><span class=\"char-TC_txt\">Pour restaurer la confiance entre les diff\u00e9rents niveaux de responsabilit\u00e9 au sein d\u2019une organisation, Michel Yahiel propose trois pistes de r\u00e9flexion\u00a0:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"para-TC_txt_lettrine\"><span class=\"char-TC_txt\">valoriser la stabilit\u00e9\u00a0: la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 juridique est notamment un principe fondamental, alt\u00e9r\u00e9 par de trop nombreux changements de normes\u00a0;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"para-TC_txt_lettrine\"><span class=\"char-TC_txt\">assurer l\u2019engagement des chefs\u00a0: cela induit une r\u00e9flexion sur leur recrutement et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de diversifier les profils (plus de femmes, de jeunes, de personnes issues de la diversit\u00e9)\u00a0;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"para-TC_txt_lettrine\"><span class=\"char-TC_txt\">s\u2019entourer de personnes qui osent la contradiction\u00a0: le manager doit \u00e9viter de s\u2019organiser pour que ses collaborateurs soient syst\u00e9matiquement d\u2019accord avec lui.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"para-TC_txt_lettrine\"><span class=\"char-TC_txt\">Jean-R\u00e9my Bitaud r\u00e9sume les apports d\u2019une journ\u00e9e de r\u00e9flexion et d\u2019\u00e9changes en affirmant la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour les managers hospitaliers de renouveler encore et toujours leurs m\u00e9thodes de r\u00e9flexion et de s\u2019ouvrir \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9change avec des acteurs issus d\u2019autres horizons.
