Avec les risques psychosociaux (RPS), le travail est d\u2019abord per\u00e7u comme un risque pour la sant\u00e9, selon une vision tr\u00e8s d\u00e9fensive en mati\u00e8re de pr\u00e9vention. Avec la QVCT, le travail devient une opportunit\u00e9 de d\u00e9veloppement, ce qui offre des perspectives nouvelles pour agir en sant\u00e9 au travail.<\/p>\n<p><b>En quoi la QVCT est-elle un levier de performance au sein des \u00e9tablissements de sant\u00e9 et m\u00e9dico-sociaux\u2009?<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la QVCT des professionnels de sante\u0301 et du m\u00e9dico-social devient un levier de la performance des \u00e9tablissements en permettant d\u2019accompagner les changements, en contribuant a\u0300 pr\u00e9venir les absences des personnels et la d\u00e9sorganisation des services et en concourant a\u0300 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la qualite\u0301 des soins. Notre m\u00e9thodologie sp\u00e9cifique s\u2019appuie sur un r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel QVCT, regroupant dix\u00a0th\u00e9matiques qui constituent des d\u00e9terminants pr\u00e9dictifs de bonnes conditions de travail, d\u00e8s lors qu\u2019ils font l\u2019objet d\u2019actions strat\u00e9giques cibl\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><b>La protection sociale compl\u00e9mentaire (PSC) devient obligatoire \u00e0 partir de 2026. Quels sont les enjeux pour les agents de la FPH\u2009?<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9forme en cours de la PSC pour les personnels de la FPH concr\u00e9tise une re\u0301elle avance\u0301e sociale et une reconnaissance de leur engagement. La mise en place d\u2019une couverture de qualite\u0301, prote\u0301geant l\u2019ensemble des personnels, particuli\u00e8rement expos\u00e9s a\u0300 de nombreux risques et a\u0300 une forte pe\u0301nibilite\u0301, donne aux e\u0301tablissements un levier nouveau pour s\u00e9curiser les trajectoires professionnelles, enrichir le dialogue social et ame\u0301liorer l\u2019attractivite\u0301 des m\u00e9tiers.
