En 2024, l\u2019\u00e9tablissement doit ainsi pourvoir 48 postes d\u2019infirmiers, apr\u00e8s 59 en 2023. Sa localisation en r\u00e9gion parisienne accentuant la concurrence entre structures de sant\u00e9 publiques, priv\u00e9es lucratives et non lucratives, l\u2019HNIA a choisi une politique de recrutement novatrice et dynamique pour se distinguer sur le march\u00e9 du travail.<\/p>\n<h1>Un accompagnement de tous les candidats<\/h1>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la crise sanitaire, l\u2019HNIA a rapidement r\u00e9organis\u00e9 son fonctionnement pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de recrutement. Une cellule d\u00e9di\u00e9e s\u2019occupe des recrutements param\u00e9dicaux, garantissant un entretien avec la direction des soins pour les candidats dont le profil correspond aux besoins de l\u2019h\u00f4pital. Les candidats sont \u00e9galement accompagn\u00e9s dans les d\u00e9marches administratives sp\u00e9cifiques au minist\u00e8re des Arm\u00e9es, l\u2019h\u00f4pital recrutant sous un statut civil ou militaire, pour des dur\u00e9es adapt\u00e9es aux projets professionnels individuels.<\/p>\n<h1>Une strat\u00e9gie de communication en trois axes<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Faire conna\u00eetre l\u2019h\u00f4pital militaire\u2009<\/strong>: chaque ann\u00e9e, l\u2019\u00e9tablissement re\u00e7oit en stage des \u00e9tudiants issus de 42\u00a0instituts de formation en soins infirmiers (Ifsi) d\u2019\u00cele-de-France. La direction propose aujourd\u2019hui d\u2019aller \u00e0 la rencontre de ces futurs professionnels dans leurs \u00e9coles\u2009: des infirmiers militaires d\u00e9crivent ainsi leur quotidien via un <i>job dating<\/i> ou des pr\u00e9sentations plus formelles. Cet \u00e9change entre pairs r\u00e9pond \u00e0 la curiosit\u00e9 des \u00e9tudiants, avec des mots simples et beaucoup de pragmatisme. En parall\u00e8le, sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, des t\u00e9moignages de soignants exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s offrent un autre regard sur l\u2019exercice professionnel.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Donner envie de rejoindre l\u2019HNIA<\/strong>\u2009: le 23 mars dernier, et pour la deuxi\u00e8me fois, les \u00e9tudiants ont d\u00e9couvert \u00e0 l\u2019occasion d\u2019une journ\u00e9e portes ouvertes des locaux modernes, spacieux et ergonomiques, favorisant \u00e0 la fois le confort du patient et la qualit\u00e9 de vie des professionnels. Des ateliers ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les formations militaires initiales, les perspectives de carri\u00e8re et les missions sp\u00e9cifiques d\u2019un HIA. Ces portes ouvertes ont en outre permis de f\u00e9d\u00e9rer les \u00e9quipes param\u00e9dicales tout en leur donnant un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans le recrutement de leurs futurs coll\u00e8gues.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Partager les valeurs du service de sant\u00e9 des arm\u00e9es<\/strong>\u2009: humanit\u00e9, disponibilit\u00e9 et sens de l\u2019engagement \u2013 valeurs souvent m\u00e9connues des jeunes professionnels \u2013 refl\u00e8tent l\u2019esprit d\u2019\u00e9quipe et le sens des responsabilit\u00e9s des personnels de l\u2019HNIA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Des r\u00e9sultats encourageants<\/h1>\n<p>Les premiers retours sur cette politique d\u2019attractivit\u00e9 sont tr\u00e8s favorables. Au premier semestre 2024, 23 recrutements ont eu lieu.
